About Our Consultations

Here at FL&D, we want to make the process of getting your home stage as simple as 1,2,3. The first step in the process is getting a home consultation. During the consult you will work with a design consultant to map out the spaces of your project. The designer will take or request pictures of the space as well as measurements. During this time you will also discuss the scope of work, go over any paperwork, contract terms, and prepare for step two, which is the design proposal. From there our design work begins! We will walk you through 2-3 design vision boards per project. Once the design is approved we order. The final step in the process is installation day! 

Rates

Consultation Rates start as low as $150 dollars per hour.
Design rates will vary based on project, time to fill an order and Furniture cost. On average our projects range from $10,000+
