Our rate for a 2 hour consultation is $150 dollars billed at time of scheduling. If you decide to use our services your consultation fee will be deducted from your final bill, making the consultation essentially free!

Staging

Our pricing packages vary based on need. The rooms we suggest staging would be your living room, standard kitchen, master bedroom, master bath, and dinning space, and powder room. Our design budgets are custom and based on a few factors: overall design concept, the types of furniture and decor we use, the length of time the furniture will be needed, and furniture rental insurance. Our packages start as follows:

  • Basic Staging: Highlights the homes best features and includes Living Room, Standard Kitchen, Dining Room, Powder Room, Master Bedroom and Master Bath. Starting at $2800 initial staging term.

  • Premium Staging: Highlights homes best features and includes Living Room, Standard Kitchen, Dining Room, Powder Room, Master Bedroom and Master Bath PLUS any such additional rooms like a Family Room, Eat-in Kitchen, Home Office, Basement, and Guest Bedrooms. Starting at $3500 initial staging term.

  • Custom Staging: These packages are custom created and often feature very high end furniture for homes that sell within the Million dollar range, or whole home staging. Pricing after consultation.

Home Design

Our services also include interior design for those who want their spaces transformed for their own living accommodations. Many of the same steps occur in the home design process as the staging process except your furniture will be for permanent or long term use. (We do work with long term furniture rental companies) All home design pricing will be a custom quote. We can do home design spaces by the room and there is no room minimums.
